After graduating with my degree in Journalism in 2008, I could have chosen to seek a career at CNN or NBC; I could have chosen to seek a position making the big bucks, with prominence as a talking head on the mainstream television.
But that wasn’t my path.
That wasn’t the reason I got my degree in Journalism.

Teresa Yanaros of Divine Frequency reflects on the past year, and shares her exciting news of what is to come in 2018.
I was always raised to ask the big questions; to seek the truth that lay hidden underneath the surface of what was being presented to us by the mainstream.
“Why were you raised this way?” you might ask.
Well, I’ll tell you why. My family was stationed at RAF Woodbridge during the time of the Rendlesham Forest Incident. “What’s that?” you might ask. Well, think about the highly prominent UFO sighting, the Roswell Crash. The Rendlesham Forest Incident is world-renowned, and even more widely accepted than the story of the Roswell Crash.
The incident spanned three days in 1980. Rendlesham Forest is a large pine forest, east of Ipswich, in Suffolk, England. Nearby are the twin NATO air bases, RAF Bentwaters and RAF Woodbridge; at the time both bases were being leased to the United States Air Force. Several UFO incidents, including multiple-witness sightings by military personnel, ground traces, and radioactive anomalies were reported from Rendlesham forest. -RendleshamForestIncident.com
Basically, a bunch of people saw unexplainable lights in the sky over the course of three days. But what’s really crazy is that two of the guys allegedly saw a craft up close, and one of them reported to have touched it with his bare hands.
So what does this have to do with me?
Well, due to the frustrating governmental coverup of this event, it was clear that things were going on that the military did not want the general public knowing about. Not only that, but even the military personnel were being hushed up.
It made me wonder what kind of technology actually existed and why we didn’t have access to it. It made me wonder about extraterrestrials, and why they weren’t more open to communicating with us.
I am not necessarily saying that I think the beings in the ship seen at Rendlesham were ETs, I am simply saying that the incident presents strong evidence of advanced technology that is being used and not disclosed to the masses. Furthermore, we must consider the overwhelming evidence that exists to suggest ETs are not only real, but they are here on this planet and have been for a long time.
Moving forward, I was always asking deeper questions. By the time I got to college, I was passionate about uncovering the truth behind the mainstream media headlines.
After graduating from college, I went into the tech industry for a few years, until I had my ah-ha moment and realized I was living in a matrix. Everything changed. I was being initiated. I was time to unplug from the hamster wheel of corporate America, and align with my true path. I quit my job, sold everything I owned, moved across the country, and wrote a book.

After I wrote my book, I started a YouTube channel in order to start a conversation with the community about all that I learned. I had come out on the other side of deep research about the atrocities that have occurred and are occurring in the world, and the depth of the lie that has been perpetuated by the negative control systems to all of humanity. I had become highly aware that of the sleeping masses, with the mind control programming that was instilled skillfully among the human race using sinister black magic tactics. The reality was, I had come out on the other side! The negative stuff was just the basis of my work. There was an answer among the muck, and this positive truth was my message, my light to bring to the world. Because of my strong connection to the divine, and the amazing things I had witnessed and experienced in my life, my goal was to reach people, to demonstrate how they could connect to their own source of personal power and expand their growth potential in huge ways, and propel themselves down the path toward self-mastery.
I was tapping into my higher purpose.
After going through a series of dark nights of the soul; coming out on the other end of a traumatic divorce, losing my best friend in a car accident, and standing by sister’s side as she traversed complications with a newborn in and out of the emergency room, I was being tempered for what was to come.
Around this time, something inside me shifted.
I realized my YouTube channel was good, but it could be so much better. I was holding back. I was afraid of what my friends and family would say if I touched on certain topics. But after all I had been through in my life and especially over the past year in 2016, I decided to LET. GO.
I was ready to step into my personal power, let go of fear, and start talking about what I really wanted to talk about: aliens.
I released a video about the Rendlesham Forest Incident, and then everything changed.
The Rendlesham Forest Incident occurred in Suffolk, England in 1980, and is one of the most highly documented UFO sightings in the world. Deep dive into the decoded binary code, received telepathically by Jim Penniston (Ret. USAF) while placing his hand on a glyph on the side of an alien craft.
I decided to step out into the public eye, and take my journalism to the next level.
So I went to Contact in the Desert.
When I got there, I started to meet people like me! It like my life was moving into cosmic alignment. I was able to broker relationships with people who were aligned with my same path. It was beyond exciting. I saw other independent media journalists doing what I was doing. My mind was blown wide open as I realized there was a whole world of people out there just like me.
The first time I met secret space program intelligence insider Corey Goode, I remember walking into the room where I heard about eight incredibly captivating conversations occurring all at once. At that moment, I wanted to split myself into eight people so I could partake in each conversation!
My passion was catalyzed, and the pace of change was speeding up.

The Fifth Annual Contact in the Desert took place in Joshua Tree, CA the weekend of May 19-21, 2017, where figureheads in the Disclosure Movement came to speak and mingle with conscious folks from across the world. Learn about my experience, and why I came to CITD.
After the conference, I started working with a news media site, Stillness in the Storm, writing articles and collaborating with Justin Deschamps, CEO, on projects for the waking masses.
We did a special on false flags and mind control, which aligned me even more with speaking out about deep state atrocities.
In today’s podcast, Teresa and Justin dive deep into the manipulation tactics of the cabal during the recent Manchester false flag, and find the patterns underlying within its relation to the Seth Rich murder atrocity.
I continued to expand Divine Frequency and collaborate with like-minded truth seekers. I interviewed Stacy Goode, secret space program insider Corey Goode’s wife, to provide a platform for her to share her important testimony with the world. Through the summer of 2017, I continued to attend conferences, including the ECETI Conference, and the MUFON Symposium.
After the ECETI Conference, I was invited by Jimmy Church to be a guest on his show, Fade to Black Radio, to talk about the concept of disclosure, or bringing out the truth to the masses. He titled the segment “Age of Disclosure – Practical Magic; Attuning to the Divine.” I was stoked! I had been listening to his radio show for years, and now I was being given the honor to have a deep conversation with him on air.
After the MUFON Symposium, I started talking about evidence and discernment with respect to conducting research about the secret space program.
What is proof? What constitutes evidence? This year’s MUFON Symposium (July 20-23, 2017) centered around making a case for secret governmental unacknowledged programs that might have already taken humanity beyond planet Earth. What evidence and proof are we dealing with when it comes to unacknowledged programs, and how can we push for truth within the disclosure community?
Next, I was invited to collaborate with the Full Disclosure Project, and speak at the Eclipse of Disclosure Summit at the end of August.

This was a huge opportunity. I wanted to make sure that I was providing quality material; something thoughtful, life-changing and catalyzing for the audience.
Little did I know just how powerful this experience would be for me.
As I prepared my workshop on soul development, my life started to click into place like never before. I realized that all of my hardship was preparing me for this moment. As I compiled my presentation to help people assess their own soul journey, identify limiting belief systems, and integrate their experience in order to connect with their soul purpose, my DNA began to change. I started having profound epiphanies, and the essence of my very being began to sing. I was learning how to harness my story and use it to change the world.
Getting the opportunity to stand on a stage, share my testimony, and provide tangible and practical tools for self-mastery was humbling and transformative.
I feel eternally grateful for the Full Disclosure Project and team, Corey Goode, Roger Richards, and many more, for not only giving me this opportunity, but for opening the way for me to engage in one of my most favorite flow-state spaces; public speaking. 2017 was a whirlwind of radio shows, collaborations, interviews, think-tanking, videos, conversations, and presentations, and I feel grateful from the bottom of my heart to have had so many chances to share my truth with the world.
2017 was the best year of my life.
The year began with divorce and hardship, and through it I was tempered and tried many times over. But what came out, in the end, was an amazing jewel, and the best part is? I met my soul family!

Conclusion
So, when people ask me what I do, I tell them I am a journalist.
What happens when they ask the follow-up question, “Oh, for where?”
I tell them, “I am an independent media journalist, and my projects are Divine Frequency and Stillness in the Storm.”
To which most people ask, “What kinds of things do you report on?”
And I will tell you a surge of pride exudes from the very essence of my being when I get to take in people’s reactions and facial expressions at my next answer.
“I talk about how to break free of mind control, and the negative elite’s manipulation of the masses. Oh, and aliens.”
