Here is the mobile home reveal! This is the mobile home that my neighbor and I have been working on for the past two weeks (or so). As you can see almost half of the entire building's wood foundation is either mildly damaged or needs to be replaced entirely. We took out all the wet floorboards and this is what we saw.
The wood and drywall had a lot of water damage. The worst parts affected were the kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. There was another bathroom that also had damage, but we're not sure if we want to remove it totally. We've got a lot of materials to replace the floor and drywall, but it seems we may need a little more.
Our next move is to clean up the frames, pick up all the trash and try to replace the wooden frames so then we can add the new floorboards. It's a fixer-upper that's for sure.
Keep working Hard!

The more we work, the more we grow!
That's a lot of work.
All the best with the demolition and new construction.
It involves hard work to improve things to a more awesome outcome.
