My Second Livegood Unboxing Video

in #alive2 months ago (edited)

I bought a Livegood membership and became an affiliate back in January 2023. A few months later I got around to ordering my first box of supplements and made my first unboxing video, which I blogged about here:

I also posted a Livegood Super Reds heart health supplement testing video here (LOL):

Earlier this month I finally got around to ordering some more supplements so here we go with my second LiveGood Unboxing Video!

I was excited to receive the parcel, but there was a bit of an issue during transit. The box had been dropped, and you can see in the video that one corner of the box is a bit damaged. A Japanese apology note was attached to the box and the bloke who delivered the parcel insisted that it be opened so that we could verify that no damage had been done to the contents.

So, this video isn't a typical “unboxing” since it’s already been opened. But I'll still walk you through what I ordered.

I ordered four products, and I’m really happy with my choices - they are all different from my previous order.

First out of the box is the most basic but essential product:

Livegood Bio-active Multivitamins for Men

They’re nicely priced ($9.95 for members), and with autumn and winter coming up, now seems like the perfect time to start taking a daily multivitamin. I think we could all use the extra support during the colder months.

Vitamin D

Next up is vitamin D3 and K2, which I’ll be taking alongside the multivitamins. Vitamin D is crucial for maintaining a strong immune system, yet many people are deficient due to limited sunlight exposure and the lack of vitamin D in most foods. LiveGood’s Vitamin D3 and K2 supplement provides 2,000 units of high-quality D3, supported by K2 to promote healthy bones, heart function, and optimal calcium absorption.

Ultra Magnesium Complex

The product I’m most excited about is the Ultra Magnesium Complex. Every now and then, I get leg cramps at night – not recently, thankfully – but especially if I’ve been running around a lot or during the colder weather. I’m not sure if the cold actually causes leg cramps, but I’m hoping that by taking this magnesium supplement, I’ll no longer have to deal with them!

I did some research on different types of magnesium before buying this product and I was pleased to see that Livegood's magensium supplement consists of high-quality magnesium.

I posted a review of Livegood's Ultra Magnesium Complex on my blog: https://fit50s.com/product-reviews/livegood-ultra-magnesium-complex-review/

I also posted a blog about the different types of magnesium and which are the best for various requirements here: https://fit50s.com/health-tips/what-is-the-best-form-of-magnesium-supplement-for-your-body/

Essential Aminos

Finally, the last supplement in the box is Essential Aminos. I plan to take this as a post-workout drink, and I’m curious to see how it helps with recovery, lean muscle support, and energy - look out for my upcoming video and blog post!

So, there you have it – four essential supplements (or at least, four very beneficial ones, I trust!) from LiveGood. Everything was delivered to me in Japan with no problems, no import issues, and no extra duties.

I’m looking forward to trying them out and seeing how they support my health in the weeks ahead.

Cheers!
