It's raining outside and mommy and the big girls (and baby) are out getting cloths for an upcoming wedding. Daddy is taking care of three left home. Because it's such a cold, rainy day, we turned on the Minecraft!
My daughter is only 5 years old, but she's learned how to navigate and build in Minecraft. When I was 5, I didn't know any technology. It's amazing that this is what they're growing up with!
My boy is watching "Stinky and Dirty", his favorite show. It's about a Garbage Truck and Backhoe who are friends and go on adventures. He's watching his favorite episode "The Broken Road". He requests that one every time.

I am glad that the little ones are adapting to the technology of the moment, but we must be cautious that the technology does not isolate them and they become strangers even though they live in the same house (every man for himself). I understand and respect your point of view regarding beliefs in Jesus, but Jesus being ‘freedom’, that everyone should move in their own beliefs is a principle of freedom. A hug full of blessings and a year 2025 with health and abundance.
Given the daily interactions and activities between siblings, as parents we are not concerned. Screen time is very well monitored and regulated.
My job is to help ensure my family is free from tyranny, but not become the tyrant. The greatest lie concerning "freedom" is that we are free to determine good/evil every man for himself - while this sounds like "true freedom" it's actually a great deception. We cannot have freedom from tyranny until a universal moral standard is established. Freely established, not a morality imposed onto the people by tyrants. If we fight tyranny, while every man is doing what is right in their own eyes, a relative morality, we are doomed to be slaves.

Four year olds nowadays already know how to use Ipads to watch cartoons. Kids today learn early about tech as it's already part of our daily lives.

That game Minecrafty, has caught many, I was playing with my little daughter while she was learning how to play it, I didn't know either, she taught me.
The rainy day turned into a day of playing games and watching favorite shows, I assume that in between taking care of the three of you, you were also working, one never stops working, whether it be household stuff.
