My current five favorite songs when having a hard time

in #alive2 years ago

Hi guys,
Hope you are doing well...
If you have read my introduction post, then you will know that one of my go-to songs is Catch and Release by Matt Simons. But what about the other four? And why are they my favorite songs? Keep reading to find out more...

Note: They are not placed in any order.

So the first song is No Regrets by Magic
The first time I heard this song was when I was going through a hard time and music was the only thing that could help me at that moment. So I just autoplayed songs on YouTube and this song caught my attention. "The world isn't over yet" was one of the most catching phrases, because it was telling me that there still was a tomorrow and things could change for the better.

The second song is How do you want to be remembered by Magic
I heard this song while listening to an album of Magic, and it really kept me busy.
"Seems everything I touch only turns into disaster"
Sometimes it seems like you are the one causing all the surrounding troubles. The moment you do something, it goes wrong, and then you keep asking yourself why. Until you realize it's not possible to be the problem or bad omen all the time. Sadness really comes with destructive thoughts.

Someone like you by Adele is the third song.
I forgot to tell you guys that I like vibing on sad songs. I just listen to the lyrics and understand the deep meanings behind those. Adele is personally one of my favorite artists of all times. And she has really proved to me that there is a comeback after going through the worst days of your life.

Then you have Catch and Release
There are times when you just want to be free from being judged and laughed at by people. People don't know what you're going through, but are really quick to judge. Sometimes I really want to be at a place where you can just unapologetically be yourself and laugh till your heart's content.

And last but not least, I'm unstoppable By Sia
After going through those bad phases, you need that boost again and remember you're unstoppable. So you just get up, take a good long shower, do your hair, your skincare and feel alive again.

If you look clearly, then you will notice that all these songs are sad songs except the last one. This is the motivation after crying it all out because it doesn't stop there.
