How have you been?
It's Sunday, so I spent most of my time watching movies and series.
I took this day as a cheat day actually, because I've had a pretty busy week.
Feeling good in your own body is the best thing ever
And that is more the reason to keep yourself healthy.
Being busy most of the time and keeping yourself healthy can be pretty challenging.
And that is the reason why I have three healthy habits I am consistent with.
The first one is screen time off
So every weekday I take two hours screen time off, which means no phone usage, no television, no tablet etc. It's just me reading a book or taking a stroll, having quality time with the people at home or just sleeping. My screen time off is mostly between 6pm and 8 pm. It may seem less, but it is really nerve calming.
Keeping a journal is my second healthy habit.
It is really great for my mental health. When nobody is there to vent to, I have my diary. I can write or record anything that's in my mind and there won't be anyone to judge me. Might I have a problem and I write it out, it also helps me find a solution faster. Keeping a journal is really A must-do!!
Keeping my caffeine intake very low is also one of my healthy habits.
I barely consume food or beverages containing a lot of caffeine. And I drink coffee only once in a month. This also helps me to fall asleep and keeps the insomnia away.
So now I have spoken about my healthy habits. I would like to hear yours also.
