What are your meal and sleep habits? When and how often do you eat? How long and when do you sleep?
It's often regular for me because I have a day job. I eat breakfast before work, eat lunch during lunch, and dinner after work and light exercise.
I usually sleep at around 12 to 1am, and I just usually awake around 730 to 830am.
So I am more active on Hive in the night haha!
Having a day job obliges us to keep regular rythmes and it's actually good for our health to have such a regularity.
