Fibromyalgia what is it?
well it's a sickness that is underestimated. people don't see you are sick so they think well it's ok you partied last night? you at night a man In the morning a man. Well let's go a little but in depth.
fibromyalgia is a muscle problem. continues muscle pain it is heat, cold, usage, stress related... your muscles are finished you can't do anymore what you want but the power is still there mostly. the power will be gone if you use it all so if you party dancing all night long you will be in bed for 2 or more day's. if you dare to get out of bed it will take longer.
fibromyalgia is person related some persons cant work anymore some a little. The problem is also doctors are busy finding the right diagnose for 4 -6 years so all that time you have the problem but is said to you ahh you are wining I can do it so you too.
there is nothing wrong with you you are lazy.
Oh you are late again on work we are on time so you must be on time too.
The pressure of your environment is hughe and you are getting punished over and over again.
Even after the diagnose people don't understand it. But you know now yes I know what it is and what it means. You have to cut off all the persons who doesn't understand it otherwise you are getting punished and that isn't the thing you want to worry about.
There isn't a solution for it just a treatment to enlighten you and your environment, because it is a heavy burden. You can grow old with it but you need to plan everything.
Yes I'm diagnosed like this. I thought I was getting crazy but now I have to go into a treatment of 3 months to see how much I can work. She said do what you like don't give up on that. So I won't leave hive. The last years I just worked worked and tried to do my things to not live on the street. Now I will just do the opposite. Live do things I like and work will come.
