Acid usually posts updates about it. From his comment today, the game is becoming ready for alpha testing.

I honestly do not know. Maybe it's automatically given to early adopters. You might want to login and check if you get the same discount😉

Did you log in? If so, maybe the discount is given to users who meet certain criteria.
Yep I did login and launched a purchase (I have insufficient founds) and still asked 20hbd
That means the discount is not for everyone then.
