Because renters almost always have to provide a security deposit, these funds are continually unavailable to them while they are renting. I think a potential problem is that landlords want fiat, not some cryptocurrency. I like the ambitions of this project, but in my opinion it could take a few years before anything like this will be used on a large scale. What do you think?
