How about i help manage your steem account using auto voting. I believe steem auto will automaticaly claim your rewards. If you set all new posts to 100% sp reward and autovote your own posts it will help increase your power/profit. Then maybe you can upvote those who comment on your videos, rewarding your followers for helpful comments.
