Hehe, on Steemit itself...all you can do is bookmark. I have a few folders on my browser bookmark bar labeled 'stuff to read', 'resources', etc FULL of steemit links. Lol

However, this is where places like @chainbb can be quite hand to 're-find' things as well as @good-karma's eSteem app which actually has a 'favorites' button available. :)
