Kheer Easy Pakistani Recipe
Kheer is a rice pudding from the cuisine of Pakistani and Indian subcontinent. Rice kheer recipe or chawal ki kheer is one of the most basic dessert from Pakistan and Indian cuisine. Made with milk, rice & sugar and flavoured with cardamom, saffron, cashews, pistachios or almonds.
Making Kheer at home is very easy its same recipe like American Rice pudding.Only difference is dry fruits and flavouring ingredients.

The recipe is very easy and required few ingredients,You can find all the ingredients in your kitchen.So lets get started.
Ingredients;
1 litre milk
½ cup of rice
6-7 whole green cardamoms (you can powder also)
1 cup sugar (as per your taste)
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp Cashew
1 tbsp peanuts
1 tbsp pistachios
Method;
Take milk in a heavy bottom pan.
Boil the milk.
Once it starts boiling, add washed rice.
Stir well and let it simmer on low-medium heat for 40-55 minutes.
Check by pressing the rice grain, it will mash very easily.
Now add sugar ,cardamom ,almonds,pistachios and peanuts.
Milk and rice should be mixed properly .
Rice should not be separated from milk it should be thick consistency like pudding.
Once you get that consistency and the rice are mashed with milk well turn off the flame.
You can sprinkle finely chopped almonds and peanuts for lovely presentation.
