I guess no body loves the mango as we Indians do. And obviously we have crowned the Mango as king of fruit in India. We are always ready and admire to consume the mango in any form, it may be a cold drink, Ice Cream, Pickle or salad. But other than this, we have another way of eating the mango, in which the just ripen green color mango is completely peel off. Then get sliced into equal pieces and garnish with salt, pepper and red chillies. The final product results into mouthwatering delicious taste of both sour and sweet, which is a perfect blend for spice lover like we Indian.
Still the memories are fresh, during our school days in summer season, I and my friends always used to have pinches of salt,red Chilly powder and pepper kept inside folded piece of paper in our pockets.
There were lots of mango trees on the road side near to our school. While going to school we used to marked the tree from which we would go for the mango on that day. And after coming out from school we would get some mangoes climbing on that tree. Then like a master chef, we would prepare the garnished sliced mango and enjoy it to the fullest.
