Declaration of Individualism

I, the individual, declare myself independent of the governing authority which imposes itself upon the land which I reside. For it was once stated that;

when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

Therefore, I have chosen to throw off such things from the mind of myself in the name of pursuing life, liberty, and happiness. Furthermore, I shall remain the sole governing body over myself and shall act alone in providing for my personal security. For when you accept security from external sources, liberty will always diminish.

If no others shall join me, so be it. If society shuns me, so be it. If the self serving authority acts against me, so be it.

I am an individual, I am sovereign, and I am free. I will die (whether tomorrow or as an old man) representative of the embodiment these ideals.
