The Courtroom confession and dismissal of the court case against the guy who destroyed/ sawed the phone in half of the Cop watcher investigating Son of Hightower arrest: The DA refused to charge the Attacker of a cop watcher! The Guy actually told us on camera on the way into court that he destroyed Robbies Phone! DA Rod Underhill still turned a blind Eye!

The reason you lost on that phone sawing deal is because the witness wasn't there, no witness, no case, no do overs.
If your complainant had been there things would have gone different, maybe not much, but ya'll lost by default by not being to court on time.
Works the other way, too.
No cop, no case.
I watched a first degree robbery walk free at his third hearing to get a lawyer because the witnesses weren't there.
