I'm very much on the same page being in it for the ideology reasons and I'd rather hodl and sink with the ship than running back to fiat. Money which is not controlled by single entity is simply better than what we have now with fiat which can be printed at will, leading to an endless debt spiral from which there's no way up.
The greed in the market preceding the "crash" was so huge that now we see the opposite: severe fear and doubt. But hopefully this lesson will lead to somewhat more rational market and sustainable growth, at least until more people flood in, and the cycle repeats. This won't be the only bubble for sure; human nature is hard to overcome.
