To be clear they have arrested him because he sold marihuana to someone who did not have a license to buy it correct? And then they found weapons in his home. Is this right? Were the guns his and were they legal?

The guns were probably legal. I live near Bay County, it is pretty rural and most everyone has a gun for hunting and whatnot. It is actually interesting to note that many townships in Bay County have opened up their borders for large medical marijuana companies to build and operate grow facilities as well as distribution centers. It is still illegal on a federal level though and can still only be supplied to those with a card like you said.
These witch hunts for marihauna are the most insane thing ever. I wrote a piece a while back n the benefits of medical marijuana. To know that the govt is entrapping people who want to help people with their sickness shows how twisted things are. They would rather these same people buy pills from big pharma that cost 25 bucks each and that kill them. The next young President will do away with all of these stupid ass laws around the plant and let everybody out of jail. Until then these types of tragedies will go on unfortunately. I hope he can get out though. Sounds like he has a case.
