I was arrested (in the USA) for appealing a case in chancery right before I would have graduated from college, and the county sheriff thought it would be ok to try to starve me to death too even though providing a vegetarian diet came at no extra expense from the vendor. I beat the bogus charge, and they still refused to release me. One federal judge said there was no constitutional right to an appeal (there is in that state, and thus it falls under due process and equal protection) and the other judge granted the RLUIPA claim, but the federal appellate court refused the appeal of the false arrest related claims and en banc decided that a county sheriff was an arm of the state and entitled to immunity. On remand the trial court judge ordered me to pay the legal fees of the government agency who tried to kill me. Literally the ruling is like ordering the Polish jews to pay the Nazis for not being starved to death. I filed a motion to reconsider and set aside the judgement and the reasons why on legal terms, and also stating that I refuse to pay these NAZIs. Also gave the court the option to have the state supreme court review the decision since state funds would be implicated in an IACHR claim, but the federal court refused. The motions failed. So I guess I will be leaving the USA for political asylum and leaving my student loans behind as I file a few IACHR claim. So the cop loving appellate courts leave me no option but to issue a $50k judgment against them and nullify the trial courts order at the expense of my own citizenship which they voided the social contract anyways. Not that I really want skirt my student loan financial obligations (hopefully the iachr claim will allow it to be paid off or cancel it), but our government has made it clear that if I say anything someone doesn't like no matter how protected, even when they forge the evidence, that I can be made to disappear for years and be tortured and face repeated injury for petitioning the government for a redress of grievances. Axiomatically there is no choice but to leave and start a new life [until the IACHR restores my rights], and watch the wrath of God Strike down our once great nation.
I'm looking for recommendations (A country that does not pay for abortions, and is pro-free speech). I am eyeing Panama to get a tech company going again, but I fear the wages there are too low.
