In Oklahoma a part of fines goes to the judge's retirement funds.
But, 'That isn't a conflict of interest.'
They, the da and judge, laughed at me when I mentioned it.

Can you send me the proof of that? Would love to post that.
I'm looking, I found in the law library years ago by accident.

This is what I found in a quick search, fines are deposited to the court fund and bailiffs and employees are paid out of it.

It looks like the best I did was paying the retirement of the judge's employees.
However, it did include judge's robes and office remodeling.
Not finding anything where the source of the court fund is from fines.
Sorry, it was in chapter 18 of title 20.

I don't see a direct admission that judge's salaries come out of the fines, but a lot of other people's do.
They have probably changed the language since I read it 25 years ago.
It appears to me that if the court fund doesn't have enough money to cover salaries the judges will catch hell about their courts not keeping up with expenses.
