that came from one of their contributers on the TCR homepage, one of the women with face partially obscurred. She said it's better to garden than take to the streets as if that is some categorical imperative, like 'the correct response to pol pot and hitler was gardening' etc, it just doesn't add up with TCR, none of it.
Do your own research though, I am not at all claiming I am certain, but they have had a month to put my mind at ease and all they have done is piss me off with bullshit accusations about my character and mental health, which is basically textbook infiltration technique....
ive seen them fake that too. once you have met 30 or so different infiltrators of all color shape and size, it changes you. you see every person differently.
authenticity begins to mean more than correctness or similarity.
Well my grandparents weren't anarchists they didn't take to the street when hilter was in power, and running over the netherlands, cause they would probably have been shot or ended in a workcamp. But they hid around nine jews in the attic during the war. Sometimes insurrection is just not the best thing to do. I hope you understand my point.
Edit; But gardening would not have stopped hitler either. But it's not hitler and the like who do the bad stuff It's all the minions and mercanaries and even the "normal" people around "you" due to indoctrination (school) It's hard to reach them but we have to try.
I would say that at the time that insurrection would have helped, there were too many people sitting at home expecting other people to take care of the problem for them.
And those people were really ones that never would have taken to the street, it wasn't part of their culture, they were trained to be sheep. Which is to say, that insurrection was ALWAYS a bad idea.
90% of men are going to die in war when the fascists take over and 90% of the women killed or raped, the real calculation when it comes to fascists is, stand together or hang seperately. Better to go down fighting.
I don't mean to say it's smart to insurrect when it is suicidal. But anyone who says they are an anarchist but that insurrection is not a tactic, ever, has just told me they are a cop.
Which is to say, that insurrection was ALWAYS a bad idea.
Oh I'm not saying that at all. I have to say I have not a clear idea of what issurection is
(what exactly do you do), and is sedition/subversion/sabotage. as in this book the underground form of it?
What I'm highly sceptical of is the vegan and ayuascha crowd. More so as the garden prepper crowd. Not that I say they, can't be, or use, or talk about, that. But it's a distraction away from what it's about.
The gardening could be a form of activism, especially when the state crashes down on innocent people, the statist may begin to think like; "hey that's totally wrong what the state does" And their eyes may open more.
It's not bad to have a garden anyways, you can cultivate a lot of goodwill (or whats the word) among you neighbours and have an entrance to talk about state stuff, where you otherwise would not have, plus you and your neighbours/friends are a tiny little less dependent on the system and gain confidence away from the nanny state and make them a tiny bit more vigilant or thinking, because they know they can trust you they might be more open to what you have to say. they might even begin to think about defence.
i am not saying that gardening isn't subversive or a tactic against the police state and totalitarianism, that would be a pretty wild misconstruing of my words.
any act of independence is a strike against the forms of governance that seek to dominate and make one subservient and dependant.
so garden away! just don't make that an absurd either or with more radical tactics.
I'm not attacking you. Only explaining how I think about gardening and sharing my thoughts on that with you.
Enlisch is not my native language and I have a question about what you mean, with the word absurd and the rest of the sentence
just don't make that an absurd either or with more radical tactics.
I can't quite place it or get it out of the context sorry
I think you mean; Don't make that your only tactic,or the only tactic?
But I want to be sure I understand you. Could you describe it differently to me?

Any group that meets with more than 20 members gets done that way.
Poppy bush got reelected with only 30 people on his staff.
I was suspect, too, they were too clean, looking.
Real has callouses, and warts.
Doesn't take a bath everyday.

Ok I see thank you for the comment.

people like myself who are public/semi-public figures have no ability whatsoever to engage in physical tactics.
It is well known and defined in activist groups that those who do the things I do are not expected to be on some front line at a protest for instance.
I am in a way cancer for anyone that actually does as I am followed and tracked everywhere, and I can only hope to mitigate this marginally.
lookup the word crimethinc and you will find a lot of the ideas I find most compelling on such subjects. further study will be rewarded.
cops allergic to these ideas btw, your ability to understand and discuss them are key to me determining who you really are.
cheers
Ok. I will look that up, thanks for the reply. :)
