I love the idea. I guess the thing that gets me is the idea that the rest of the world would allow this to happen. As soon as there is any type of resource to be exploited the U.S. will put a base there. Or, if the U.N. feels you need something they will be there. Is it truly possible to establish a place that doesn't play the game like the rest of the world?
