Without cops and courts, libertarians of the anarcho persuasion need to show us how something like this will be dealt with.
Now that Adam Kokesh's "Freedom!" book is getting around, these sorts of questions will be asked by many people, NOT liberty-friendly, for sure. Will anarcho conclaves become "sanctuary cities" for pedos? Without a government having the power of Warrant and Subpoena, how will anyone drag someone to criminal Trial? In fact, I ask: How will decisions in Civil Court be enforced? What of the Jury System? No Judge presiding? How are Juries to be selected? How will their decisions be enforced?
Not dealing with these problems is what always earns the anarchos the ridicule they receive from intelligent, reasonable, civilized members of society... who otherwise, might come on board.
Bruce Benson and others have suggested possibilities. One you might appreciate here (I did not have a sixth link to put it under "anarchy"): https://steemit.com/policyofliberty/@policyofliberty/averting-civil-war-in-chile-concealed-carry-policy-as-a-means-of-quashing-the-vitriol-of-the-left
it would work like any other thing in the market like food water drinks snacks all kinds of things you can get from the market and also, without the monopolization of initiation of violence government can't get away with anything, of course there would be courts and other such things expect it won't be a monopoly it would be a voluntary arrangement between the arbitrator (judge) and the negotiator (lawsuit) who is trying to show you evidence x has indeed committed a crime it would be restitution and possibly pay back in fines etc etc all can be done on the market just like anything else you can possibly imagine : )
when i mean voluntary arrangement it between the judge and the person who is suing the other person for x and has proof he/she done x.
This is a man TALKING. ...not showing us anything. NEXXXXXXXXXXT.
