I had seen reference to Boyd's book on Post-Capitalist Entrepreneurship .. thanks for bringing it back to my attention. I think your model shows promise. Part of the problem enacting these sorts of collective models is that the current model rewards greed and individual hoarding of capital. Also its celebrity driven with the Steve Jobs, Bill Gates and Jeff Bezoses awarded for ruthless "innovation" .. Decentralizing means sharing the wealth, or rather building a healthy working post-capitalist society without the need for earning money as individuals. Hahaha ,, is it even possible? I think it requires a major psychic shift culturally and I doubt it can come together. But I like the utopian feel of it.
