You pay the Security Forces full time to do mostly nothing besides wasting fuel riding around monitoring, exploiting and extorting the people who fund and pay for everything.
The Security Forces or police does nothing but waits until a psychopath exploits and kills several people they really should be protecting.
Then you show up with the police to take em out, you pay the police overtime to investigate what happened in great meticulous detail and to understand what is obvious and already understood.

There are central banks that has special permission to steal with a system called fractional lending, the banks are allowed to loan and charge interest on money that does not exist...90% more than they have.
They are totally exempt from laws.
The people are also owned by the bank with a certificate of ownership on each and every one of them called a birth certificate, they are also issued a number called a social security number for the bank to keep track of the currency that the individual has throughout their lifetime.
Every phone call, every transmission is monitored, there are sophisticated computerized cameras everywhere which is all paid for by the people, there are computerised cameras in the police cars that keep track of where you were everytime they see your car, all of this is paid for by you.
HOW MORE MONEY IS CREATED
To pay for everything the Federal Reserve Bank prints paper..
They loan this paper to the country and charge the people for it...
The government first sells the paper to the Federal Reserve Bank at a cost of 2 cents per bill...the Federal Reserve Bank then prints the Paper ...it is not money it is currency which is actually an IOU called FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES ...
The Government then purchases the Paper at FACE VALUE PLUS INTEREST ...which is all charged to the people.
The Federal Reserve collects part of the debt through the IRS by threat of violence and show of arms, through an extortion racket called the Income tax...the income tax is a lie believed by the people to be a genuine tax on the income, though the law is obscure most of the people have never seen the law, including the IRS employees and tax professionals...
It is simply presumed to be owed by anyone who has income and there is nothing further from the truth because there is taxable income and there is non taxable income, the people didn't know the difference, again they have not ever seen the law...it is simply a presumption they owe it.
The Federal reserve answers to no one they are the true owners they own everything your armies everything the people have paid for they are totally in control...because they control the currency...
This is why your country is broke are in Debt...most of the Debt of the country belongs to the Federal Reserve Bank not China like most of the people believe ...

Today each american owes over $63,000 that is men women and children when they are born owe this debt.

You have perpetual wars for the bank, your leaders lie to you about and claim justification for the wars, you perpetuate your own victimization and shrug your shoulders.
Your armies meanwhile invade other countries kill and annihilate the entire infrastructure not in defence of the country, to dominate and control these people and make them the slave of the bank as well. The liars and the leaders proclaim this is honorable for the soldiers, and the people believe it, while the soldiers are being used as pawns for the bank, they are lied to about the benefits they are promised, they come back from these wars broken and many left homeless.

Eliminate the bank by not using their currency,
Make our own currency.
