@macius, I connected with the following sentence - "exceptionally hard to take that freedom back."
In life there is give and take, but when it comes to freedom what we receive back in return should be exceptional for us to give up our freedom. I realize that there is a balance at times, but I am concerned about the long-term costs of giving up present day freedom.
True. The thing is that even temporary and quick freedom suspensions tend to become permanent and transparent. And people adapt, little step by little step... The end result being us back at some form of feudal system, with small ruling elite end everyone else just obeying orders. Taken care of, like.. cattle.
