Nice a clear now. And important this you did, I probably won't read it too much for me. The British system is just as bad as I wrote about my experience on benefits nearly destroyed my life. They are still trying to claim there money back constantly finding stories. They even added £100 on to one bill and said I have read it wrong when I challenge them they said they would print another bill and now it was that amount. Of course I went in with the extortion line and they said I was abusing the staff and would be done not paying the bills in the magistrate court and would not have the option to make any payments before the court.
They make my skin crawl, thankfully I have broken free of that part just the tax that fund the abuse I was under next. I sent letters to the paper about my experience but they would not publish them. I will find another way :)
