Android: less falderal, more updates!

in #android7 years ago

If you buy an Android smartphone, which does not come directly from Google, so you wait even for the high-end devices for several months on the current Android version. But the biggest selling point of the Google phones is not the hardware, but the promise for fast updates. All the more surprising that the other manufacturers put so much time in their own Android surfaces, that the updates for already sold smartphones are pushed off. After all, you do not earn money with them anymore. Certainly, this is also on Android itself, since even small adjustments means a lot of effort. However, Google has already greatly improved in this regard.
The whole works better with smaller manufacturers such as Nokia or bq. These consciously do without falderal and can deliver updates faster. So: Stop the software additions and forth with the fast updates!
