Reducing Anger In Your Life

in #anger7 years ago

There are many people who need to reduce anger in their lives, and they will do so with a bit of mindfulness. You will discover that your life is completely different when you are reducing anger, and you will notice that you have many options that make you feel like a new person. You may learn to count to ten to stop your anger, or you may meditate to help yourself calm down. You have choices that must be made to help your life improve, and you cannot change anything unless you make the choice to change.

Start to think on your anger today, and you will see a difference in your life the moment you are angered the next time.

Yeah, good post. People who often angry will increase the problem in life. So by suppressing anger we can control ourselves, and can think positively.
With anger we can not ease an issue.

Great tips. Have more than one perspective, by diverting the focus, anger will not build up :)

It really helps people like me
Thanks for sharing.

Sometimes being angry is necessary, but not at all time!

Haha. Yes being angry and letting it out can help instead of bottling it and exploding like a volcano :)

Thank you for the advice @rubysteem. I really need to see someone over anger issues.

More than anger I would call it "Impulse" in my case. At first it's really difficult to control my impulses which have gotten me into many kinds of trouble. Now I think twice before speaking or doing something and I feel really happy, it's good when we have the power to control ourselves! Cheers!

Yes, if you are an impulsive person it's easier to get angry quickly.

Need to enrich the spiritual side from within.

Right. We need to feed our mind just as we feed our body.
