If anyone have anger issues this what has helped me:
- taking note and being mindful of my cues, some physical, some apparent in how I start talking
- journaling about emotions, including anger and how I reflect on said emotions and the actions that I took
- the realisation that anger should be prevented (if I deem that it should be) proactively, because that's easier than turning anger around reactively
- the realisation that anger is me surpressing something else
- practicing feeling my emotions and letting them be
- practicing how to speak and what to say when said emotions come up
- having an action plan ready when anger does come up (because it will definitely happen)
- talking with people about how my anger has affected them
- and a bit cheeky, but frankly everything that snowballs into the rest of your life; sleep, exercise, diet, et
