If ever you have anger problems consider going to counselling or anger management.
In the meantime my tips for you is to exercise. If you don't already, make sure to set aside time for a regular exercise routine. Exercise will reduce stress and negative emotion, improve your mood, your confidence, and your coping skills. Martial arts and/or kickboxing is highly recommended for people with anger problems or pent up aggression. Yoga or Thai Chi are also good options if you want something more gentle and less cardio based. Dont let anger ruin your day be happy always life is to short to waste your time on useless things. :')
