We all get angry from time to time, even animals do. It's up to us to decide if we will do something useful with it or just let it be. I agree that we can be very productive, if we try just a little bit. Sometimes it can be really harsh. Great sadness, even depression can come out of anger and we need to try very hard to overcome such emotions.
It's nice also to prove, that they are mistaken.
I have heard of rooms of anger that could definitely help with anger management, but i don't think there are a lot of them out there yet.
