Snails are one of the soft animals (Mollusca) with a lot of protein content in their meat and this type is a land snail that generally breeds and lives in humid places and is active at night (Nocturnal). Animals belonging to the gastropod class are distributed in the sea, fresh water, and moist land. these animals are referred to as pests because these animals eat a variety of plants cultivated by farmers ..Achatina fulica is another name for this animal that
it is thought to have originated in East Africa. Its habitat is in countries with a tropical climate. Wet regional conditions make snails easy to breed. It can also live wild in forests, plantations, or cultivation sites. It needs temperatures above freezing or high humidity throughout the year to make it survive.
Morphologically, the snail's body consists of a head, shell-protected internal organs and abdominal legs. Its head has a pair of tentacles equipped with eyes at the ends. While the shell is large tapered with a brown color and has a stripe pattern. Physically, a solid shell with a spiral pattern and a rounded base tapering upwards like a pyramid.. Generally, the shell is reddish brown along with yellow vertical shades. However, the color of each species depends on the state of the environment or the type of food consumed.
