Aww shuck! I love these great birds, thank God people nowadays don't cage them as they used to and let them be. In San José you can see them in flocks going around, mostly the little ones. That's something I didn't see much in the past and now it's thankfully something normal! Thank you for sharing @sallybeth23!
That is lovely you see lots in the city too. I love them. I am glad they are so successful. You need a few red and blue macaws too, hopefully one day they too will be numerous in San Jose.
How has your internet connection been in the city lately? Was meaning to ask you- there have been a lot of outages down my way 😉
Well, so far so good @sallybeth23! I haven't noticed any problem with my Internet connection in here, however, a friend of mine asked me that same question a few days ago. I really haven't seen something weird or uncommon, but it could be that they are doing some maintenance in the network. Are you using Kölbi or any other provider in there?
Oh yeah red and blue macaws would be awesome!!! I've seen them only in the zoo unfortunately, but I hope some day they also make a great comeback!!
Yes I think the storms affect our internet a lot but never mind, the wildlife makes up for any such minor inconvenience. I see flocks of these macaws as many as a dozen at a time all squalling in the treetops together. Absolutely breath taking!!! A single pair fly by my house regularly too and even sit on my balcony railings sometimes... it’s just insane!
Wow! It's mesmerizing! I'm sure in time we will see more of them flying around!!! Thanks for sharing!
