Animalphotography - Ground Squirrels enjoying the summer

I really love to watch these nice animals living on their habitat in Lower Austria, they are so cute and as they are used to humans it is not so difficult to get some really nice close up shots from them. Most of the time they are eating grass and roots except when they are fed by humans with carrots and other food. Every summer i will visit them for several times even if i have to drive about 200 kilometers to get to them. I might even visit them once again this month when the weather is fine on the weekends.

So cute. Squirrels in SA are common but I haven't seen any in Mauritius where we live
