THIS IS A HOBBY OF MINE

I have been into photography a bit in my life. My interest started growing in my teenage years and a few years ago I bought my first DSLR. Oh boy, it was such a happy day for me. From that day on I was like realllly into photography until one day I decided to join some "30 day photography challenge" and after that I didn't want to touch my camera at all. Being forced to follow topics every day wasn't my cup of tea. Capturing moments isn't something that can be pressured to do. It has to come naturally.

This is why from time to time you might find some photography posts in my blog. Why should I let these pictures rot in My Pictures folder if they can do something here on Steemit, am I right?

ABOUT THE PHOTO

I took this photo when I lived in Tallinn, Estonia. I was doing some shots for my blog on my balcony if I remember corretctly, when suddenly this cat randomly hopped onto my balcony rail from my neighbour's apartment balcony. He kept his balance really well. I managed to take a shot just before he hopped back to his home.

Camera: Canon EOS 600D

I think that's a great photo! It's not that easy to take a clear shot with cats.

combo said, flashing back to his horrible childhood memory of getting mauled by a common house cat.

ahahaha shhhhhh... :p

Florence Nightingale owned more than 60 cats in her lifetime.

Really? What else?

Most cats had short hair until about 100 years ago, when it became fashionable to own cats and experiment with breeding.

Hahahaha @mejustandrew!

Perhaps the most famous comic cat is the Cheshire Cat in Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland. With the ability to disappear, this mysterious character embodies the magic and sorcery historically associated with cats.

I LOVE THE CHESHIRE CAT!

A cat has more bones than a human being; humans have 206 and the cat has 230 bones.

There are approximately 100 breeds of cat.

The photo is nice and you had a great timing. I just don't like that cat so much, I have seen prettier :))

HOW DARE YOU! Haha.

This is pretty much the most basic looks of cat you can see in Estonia. Some mixed breed, gray-ish and striped coat. My first cat ever looked liked this as well and he was the most dearest cat ever. We here don't care about expensive breeds that much and I think it's nice. While there are many amazing breeds in the world, they almost always find themselves a home so it's nice that people give a place to live for these "no so beautiful" cats as well. :P

Also I didn't want to use the same picture I already did when I introduced my cat. I know she looks better, but I still like this shot too. :D

I was kind joking with that:) but indeed I don't like so much gray cats, even though one of my two cats is grey. The other one, the favored child, you can see him here. And no, none of them are expensive but actually both of them were found on the street when they were very young :D

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. My dad likes red-coated cats as well. Whenever he takes a new cat, it's orange/red, haha. Some of them have had white spots as well like yours.
I would pretty much never take a red cat on my own. I tend to like them gray ones. :D

I believe that all the cats are cute, no matter the fur color, except the egyptian cats (the bold cats if I can say so:))

All cats need taurine in their diet to avoid blindness. Cats must also have fat in their diet as they are unable to produce it on their own.

Attractive pic, nicely captured with perfect timing. Appreciate your photography skills. Upvoted your post.

Thanks for the good words and upvote! :)
