Living the Dream... the Snake Way of Life!

in #animalphotography7 years ago

Every morning my little baby Peppa Pig the Western Hognose Superconda sunbathes under her heat lamp. Snakes need to regulate their heat somehow and this is the perfect way to do it. The rest of the day she likes to stay in her cave located behind her with her head poking out. Every Sunday it is feeding time, she isn't like my other snake who wraps around and eats the mouse (bought humanely pre killed frozen) before it can touch the ground, she will let it sit on the ground, sometimes for hours before going for it. But she does seem to enjoy it.

I've had her for about half a year now, I did previously post a picture of her before I took steemit seriously.

Anyway I know snakes aren't for everyone, but surely even a snake hater can see the beauty in them?

Sort:

it is too dangerous to me..

Haha, she's pretty harmless :p
