EDIBLE SEA URCHINS!

Freshwater lakes that are near the seashore can be home to some of the amazing sea creatures. Just take a look at this one -

Most sea urchins are venomous, and you do not want to get stung by its needles. But this one above, these are edible sea urchins. Not the shells, but the watery, meaty substance inside. Fisherfolks break the sea urchin’s shell with a sharp knife and just put some vinegar in it and it’s good as food. Pretty amazing.
