FUKASHIMA: The Cover-Up

in #animals7 years ago (edited)

Sunday marks the seventh anniversary of Japan's Fukashima Nuclear Disaster. The anniversary of the calamity on March 11, 2011, arrived as about 73,000 people from the disaster-hit areas have yet to return to their hometowns.

The destroyed reactor sites have been dumping hundreds of tons of radioactive waste into the Pacific Ocean, every single day for the past seven years. The effects have been devastating to the Fishing Industry and Marine Life.

The masses die off of fish and birds in the Pacific Ocean has scientist? Baffled?

The natural currents move the contamination eastward. As the contamination made its way across the water, Oregon tuna were found in 2013 with radiation levels triple their previous levels. The following year, California beaches recorded radiation levels that had increased by 500 percent.

The media keeps real quiet about the TRUE aftermath of the Fukashima Global Disaster. Chernobyl facts that have not received enough widespread news coverage: Over one million (1,000,000) people have already died from Chernobyl’s fallout. This is an undisputable fact.

Following the meltdown, the Japanese government did not inform people of the ambient levels of radiation that blew back onto the island. Unfortunately and mistakenly, people fled away from the reactors to the highest radiation levels on the island at the time.

Fukushima will likely go down in history as the biggest cover-up of the 21st Century.

There was odd stuff washing up on the California coast for a couple years. I am sure the radiation affected the populace here.

Im in Bay Area...not good

This is freaking scary. We're gonna start eating radiated fish soon 😷

Already eating...no fresh catch my friend

Well idk if eating radiated fish would be that bad. The Japanese eat a bunch of fish and most of them are all healthy. But they are a bit weird tho.......................maybe eating radiated fish is not so healthy after all

U mean USE 2 B healthy...
