1 bay leaf width
Seruas galangal finger (geprek)
2 large red chilli seeds
Ground spices :
30 seeds of cayenne pepper
7 red chili seeds
5 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 grain of pecan
Salt taste
Step
Wash cue cob with running water then suwir suwir
Pick basil leaves, take the leaves alone, wash thoroughly.
Saute the finer spices
