RoFL our spaniel does exactly the same thing, after being dried he races around the house rubbing himself on everything,the couch, rugs, any towels or clothes the kids have left on the floor, it's hilarious XD I wonder if they get water in their ears or something that annoys them and they're trying to shake or rub it out?

I always wash her head with napkins already after bath, to completely avoid water to come to her ears cause it an provoke serious troubles. I think she just tries to get dry in her own way:)
Not a bad way to do it. I take mine to the beach during the warmer months so no way to avoid water in the ears then so it's never occurred to me to be any more careful when bathing them at home XD
You may be right, perhaps she is trying to dry herself more :D
