I originally thought it was a form of nudibranch but after a little research I think it is a sea slug specifically - Chelidonura lividahere is a link for more details:

did you check out the post i made from the full dive from when this pic was taking i posted it a few weeks back back there are many amazing shots there if you like diving!
and when it comes to protecting the oceans about 6 years ago i spent 4 months working with a diving organisation in tanzania stopping fishing with explosives...

yeah i just felt so so so sad when i came back 2 years later and there was non of the coral reefs left i helped to protect! its a real problem!!
