Fact!
Giraffes are the tallest living terrestrial animals in the world for its extremely long neck and legs. This animals are found in the dry savannas of Africa where they spent most of their time eating leaves and twigs. For this reason they do not drink much water as they take it from the meals they have all day. The main objective for its long neck is to eat and keep a lookout for predators, as its excellent eyesights allows them to spot hungry beasts from far away. The average life for a giraffe is up to around 25 years, however in captivity they live longer up to 40 years old.
