They'd struggle with a new-born baby (and I'm pretty sure wouldn't even attack one). A toddler could fight one off. Any older human being and you wouldn't see the fishing cat for dust.
Hell, cheetahs are wimps, arguably and wild cats and domestic cats? Are you having a joke? Can you explain, 'The most astonishing fact about domestic cats is, it can hunt down any size of animal...'? Please. Because I'm quite fascinated as to how you drew that conclusion.
