This is the first Anime convention that i have attend and i am proud to be one of the attendees to the event. Didn't know that it is become the first and the last Anime Festival Asia held in Malaysia (except Penang Anime Matsuri). Maybe they doesn't want to compete with another Anime,Comic and Games (ACG) event in Malaysia.
Anime and Japanese popular culture fans are in for a special treat in June 2012 as Anime Festival Asia Malaysia will be staged for the very first time in Malaysia. Anime Festival Asia (AFA), Southeast Asia's biggest and most anticipated showcase of the latest Japanese popular culture and anime content as well as stars.

For RM 15 you will have an entry into exhibition grounds, including exclusive merchandises in Akiba Town, access to Maid Café, Butler Café and other fun activities in AFA MY main exhibition grounds.
For RM 15 it grants full access to exclusive main stage activities and content, such as Special Guest Appearances, AFA Regional Cosplay Championships Preliminary and more!

Overall, its a great experience for me. The first anime convention in my life, without knowing that it would be the first and the last AFA in Malaysia make it very special in my memories. I do hope that they will come again to Malaysia in the future. I still remember how excited i'm before the event. I can't even sleep because of too excited :P
I still didn't get the chance to go to Anime Festival Asia in Singapore, which is the main event are held there annually.
