I havr seen alot of theories around glynda goodwitch and i wanted to add my opinion!
So alot of people are thinking glynda is the relic of choice's magical being ( not sure what to call it haha, but basically like Jinn) which I honestly see why they think that! it actually makes alot of sense, because 1. we see the crown symbol on glyndas cape, as well as that the crown is her emblem. 2. We dont know much about her, and it we dont know much about her past. I dont remember where but people were saying in cannon, she was repairing beacon. But anyways! 4. It would make sense. Since we dont know that much about Glynda, we dont know the story of her with Ozpin. If she was the relics "magical being", here how I think it would work!: Ozpin had or someone had gone to the relic of Choice and spoke with the magical being, and had given the being the choice to walk among the mortal world. It would also explain why Glynda is still at beacon! Because the relic of choice is assumed ( not sure if cannon ) to be somewhere at beacon. Personally, I love to think that this will hopefully be the case.
