RE: Depicting the japanese animation fans culture

Dude, awesome read and highly in depth. You forgot to mention it's just a lot of fun to go to a con. I've hit Anime Weekend Atlanta and Dragoncon a few times with the kids. Both daughters love anime, one doesn't want anyone to know, the other tells everyone. Honestly, people should go to a con if for no other reason than to watch the people..... That's the only reason my wife goes....

Thanks for passing by and leaving a comment ^^. Yeah, while talking about the comiket I focused on many of the amazing stuff, specially the lines and how many people go, but didn't mention how fun these events actually are!
I haven't gone to a proper con, in my country we don't have much resources to make them, though people nonetheless reunite every now and then in certain places to talk and meet other people.
Hahaha, that must be something else for you as a father, having one who prefers to keep it to herself and the other who wants to share it with everyone, with you in the mid playing the part of the cool father :D.
I've seen videos though, but I'm sure it's nowhere near the same as being there and watch the cosplayers and the people going from one place to another sharing their passions...
