The story centers around Akihisa Yoshii, the "baka" of the title. His academy rigidly divides up the student body into classes based on the results of tests. The prodigies are in the A class with reclining seats complete with air conditioning, but Akihisa is in F class, the lowest rung of the school ladder which is furnished only with low, decrepit tables and worn-out straw tatami mats. A girl named Mizuki Himeji is actually one of the smartest girls in Akihisa's sophomore year, but she had a fever on test day and was pigeonholed into the F class.

Thoughts
If you are looking for an anime where you just need to turn off your brain, sit back and relax then Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu is the anime you are looking for. It's very light-hearted, easy to follow, and will guarantee a laugh or two especially if you are into silly humours and just pure randomness. The comedy in this one is way off the charts I assure you.
But, what is Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu all about?
Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu is all about the students in Fumizuki Academy, particularly the F class. In this school, students are separated into different classes depending on their school grades. The higher the grade, the higher the class and the better benefit they get such as lavish equipments for Class A, like an air-conditioned classroom, own personal laptop and even a snack bar. With Class F, being the lowest, they get faulty wooden tables and mats instead of chairs.
The premise of the anime though, is that the lower ranking class can battle the higher ranking class in order to switch to a better classroom and equipment. This is done through a special battle system wherein they can summon a chibi version of their selves where their stats and power depends on their scores from the previous examinations.
Luckily for Class F, a girl named Mizuki Himeji who is one of the smartest girl in their school had a fever on her test day resulting in her being placed on Class F. Together with Himeji, Class F slowly climbs up the ranking class in order to get decent education, equipment and to prove to everyone that Grades aren't everything.
As for the characters, they are the most cliche characters I have ever seen. From your oblivious idiotic male lead, to an open pervert who gushes blood straight from his nose whenever he feels excited, to a big breasted intelligent beauty who lacks self-confidence, to a tomboyish girl who is a girl at heart and to a 'Trap' who is often mistakenly treated a girl but is in fact a boy. These are all personalities and characters we often see in a comedy series. It almost felt like Baka to Test just gathered all of them up right into this anime just to complete the equation.
The plotline and story itself is somewhat undeveloped. There are too many nonsensical scenes but luckily those are overshadowed by the shows juvenile humour. With its cartoonish and childlike chibi animations, it just fit so well with the shows overall silliness. This anime is really perfect for those who just want to sit back and relax.
While comedy is subjective. What might be funny to me might not be funny to you. However, Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu is one of the funniest anime I have ever watched, and I have seen a lot, so if you love random nonsensical comedy then give this one a try.
I would never come across with such beautiful dolls that I did not complain very beautiful
