The year was 1995 I was a young kid of 12 years old with a passion for all things Asian.
I had grown up watching kung fu movies starring Jackie Chan,Bruce Lee, Yuen Biao ,Sammo Hung and other Hong Kong stars of the 70s and 80s.
I live in Scotland and in the mid nineties not many people I new really knew much about manga or Japanese Animation in general.
The first Anime movie I ever saw that really blew my mind was Ninja Scroll. I had never seen anything like it ,the animation style was so stylish the story was awesome and the characters have stayed in my mind ever since.
I have used the name Jubei as a handle for various website and as a name for many RPG characters since then.
My portrait picture here on Steemit is from Ninja Scroll.
Jubei Kibagami is a a wandering Ninja in the Edo period of Japan. A vagabond roaming the countryside having adventures like Kane in the TV series Kung Fu!Jubei stumbles upon a plague, an evil clan of demons, a national crisis, and a beautiful ninja girl.
In short its one of the greatest anime movies of all time.Check it out!

Thanks for pointing that out to us you dumb robot.Yes the plot synopsis is from Wikipedia...
It is standard on Steemit to place copy/ pasted material in quotes. You can do this by adding > before the text like so:
After a warning from cheetah, the not so nice bots will show up. Cheetah is an important part of steemit, and runs the blacklist. Happy steeming!
Ok well I didnt really think adding plot synopsis from Wikipedia for a movie Im recommending would be considered plagiarism but thanks for your input.
Not quoting and citing a source could lead people to think you wrote it :)
Hope I haven't offended you, I just like your work and want to see you do well here!
I changed it , it was a helpful tip :)
You have copied and pasted half of Wikipedia article which makes up about 90% of your post.
It is frowned upon by the community to post more than one or two paragraphs of the original content.
While we don’t look at this from a copyright angle, if you are copying and pasting posts that are not created by you it is still frowned upon. While we may not flag outright on immediate offences, continued copy & paste posts could be seen as spamming without contributing to the platform
Some tips to share content and add value:
Repeated copy/paste posts could be considered spam. Spam is discouraged by the community, and may result in action from the cheetah bot.
If you are actually the original author, please do reply to let us know!
Thank You!
