You have nothing to feel bad about. Not every invitation can be taken and not every invitation will suit or be convenient. I was at the Pal show you were on, your talking gained my interest. I do not know much about the arts of any kind and when I feel impressed. I try join some dots to get the person a higher visibility.
You should feel good that people are noticing you and impressed by you.

Oh. Haha... "I feel bad now," is an overstatement. I wasn't self-diminishing myself by saying it. It was more of an expression of my misgivings. I should've shown up, but I was apprehensive.
